Coonawarra Shiraz - Julia Hill 2013 (Dozen-12 bottles)

Julia Hill 2013 Shiraz, has colours of deep earthy red with purple and plum coloured hues. The nose is toasty, spicy, cherry plum with chocolate and a hint of mint. The palate is velvety with ripe fresh cherry fruit flavours with a lingering astringency - from firm supple grape and oak tannins. A very youthful wine that will develop into a softer, richer and complex individual as time goes on and should peak around 2021.
